Great customer service from Janet and her team made my stay memorable, though the conditions of the rooms varied. my initial room had some cleanliness issues. The breakfast was decent, adding to a decent overall experience. Definitely not perfect, but the staff made a positive difference.

More grab bars in the bathroom would help greatly.

I had a good stay with my family, enjoyed the comfortable cloud-like beds, and the breakfast options were surprisingly tasty. The attached restaurant also looked amazing and delicious. I would stay here again!

The first room we got was quite unpleasant.

The room was decent enough, but the shower head was great. The bed felt super soft, which was nice. I saw a few hairs in the sheets, though, and that kind of grossed me out. The towels were a bit questionable with some hints of hair on them. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

This place has a great location with a nice riverside view and rooms that feel cozy. The atmosphere here made me feel at home, which was a fantastic touch. The amenities like the high-speed WiFi and picnic area are perfect for winding down after a long day. I felt comfortable during my stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights, and I gotta say, the staff were awesome! They switched our room to a non-smoking one without any fuss, which was a huge relief since I had my baby grandson with me. The bed was super comfy, and they had a nice little restaurant too. Just a heads up – the first room we got was pretty bad, smelled like smoke, so don't settle if you’re not happy.
